QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering deparment,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in validation department,
- Specifically experienced in HVAC qualifications, tunnel and autoclave validations and mapping activities,
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Upper-Intermediate level in English both written and spoken,
- Responsible, team oriented,result-focused,good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and organizes validation activities of HVAC system, Equipment and mapping activities.
- Prepares plans and protocols which are related with validation activities above.
- Prepares validation reports by evaluating results which are obtained from executions.
- Determines and follows up necessities for validation activities.
- Determines the status of validation studies required in the Quality Assurance System and makes suggestions in order to use these validation requirements in the preparation of annual plans and validation master plan.
- Ensures the preparation of annual master plans for the activities of HVAC system, Equipment and mapping activities.
- Ensures the follow up of the monthly realizations for the validations under own responsibility and determines actions to avoid any failures of realizations.
- Ensures the preparation of Annual Validation Master Plan with the relevant departments.
- Performs the required controls in order to provide the execution of the validation activities within the direction of the plans.
- Plans and follows up the actions for new equipment and systems with the related departments.
- Does or makes it done the required studies in order to complete validation activities in the plan properly
- Determines equipment / systems / devices to be validated/qualified with the relevant departments.
- Delivers own opinion upon determining the requirements of the validation.
- Performs the follow up of validation activities.
- Informs the out of limit situations and deviations occurred in the validation activities and submits own solution proposals.
- Takes part in the activities to be carried out for investigating the out of limit situations and corrective/preventive actions.
- Develops solutions in order to isolate the troubles which may occur in the subjects related to own department, ensures the executing of the work seamlessly and free from trouble.
- Forwards technical problems to her/his related manager with own proposals.
- Takes measures in order to increase and improve the technical knowledge level of the employees working in own unit.
