QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Coats’ Turkish subsidiary, Coats Türkiye, is searching for a Warehouse Engineer work in the Bursa factory located at the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from engineering departments of universities, preferably industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 years of job experience, preferably at warehouse and logistics
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse management systems
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel, preferably VBA coding
- SAP knowledge (Especially SD, WM, MM, PP modules)
- Having leadership, analytical and communicational skills and being detail oriented
- Willing to learn, open to change and development
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinating daily cycle counting process based on ABC analysis for the necessary warehouses with dedicated operators
- Coordinating yearly wall-to-wall counting of warehouses
- Managing the goods receipt of returned materials based on the defined procedures
- Creating purchase orders of warehouse correctly
- Periodically checking the problematic processes on SAP
- Preparing for audits, attending and representing the warehouse
- Defining actions and giving trainings to operators to carry the stock accuracy to higher level
- Supporting the usage of PDA devices, coaching operators, managing the breakdowns
- Warehouse shift scheduling
- Annual or sick leave entries of operators into the HR software
- Annual leave planning
- Overtime planning
- Managing the goods receipt of all outsourced materials
- Communicating the problems with related parties (production, procurement etc.) to find applicable solutions
- Supporting or leading the processes and projects for continuous improvement or change management
- Monitoring and managing warehouse KPIs, reducing costs, improving warehouse processes
- Leading 5S studies at the required area in warehouse including more efficient usage of limited ground area
- Supporting H&S hazard reporting involvement of the team
- Supporting Kaizen involvement of the team
- Leading H&S incident reporting and investigation process
