QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Anatolia Tile + Stone is a leading importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tile and is a major supplier to some of the largest distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia Tile & Stone is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.

Anatolia Tile + Stone is now seeking an Accounting and Finance Specialist. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field withcertifications in Finance
Very good command of English
Knowledge of accounting principles
Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
Self-motivated and result oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills
Min. 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies
Proficiency in MS Office applications (word, excel, etc.) and SAP knowledge is anasset, especially SD, FI and MM modules
Experienced in reporting
Experienced in VAT Refund
SMMM intern qualification is a plus
Military service completed for male candidates

As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for;

Issuing sales invoices and follow up outgoing waybills
Offset of incoming payments in SAP
Controlling all export related expense invoices, backups and assign them to the proper cost centers, accounts and purchase orders
Following up credit card expenses
Keeping track of tax office related subjects
Downloading e-invoices daily, follow related approvals
Performing VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Provisional Corporate Tax and Form BA, BS declarations
Preparation VAT refund and deductible VAT list
Performing weekly meeting with Finance Supervisor about the process evaluation and follow up the changes
Communicaing with global teams if necessary
Managing daily banking operations
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly cash report and cash flow forecast
Being able to adapt to deadlines
