QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION

Accounting Executive will have the responsibility for the company accounting, reporting, treasury and tax in line with the local requirements and in compliance with Group Policies; candidate will work closely with the Group functions, will be responsible for all statutory, tax, legal obligations of Electrolux Professional Turkey.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES AND OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

· Responsible for local country regulatory compliance in the area of Finance,

· Accurate preparation and timely submission of all statutory/Group financial reporting and filings,ensure the delivery of robust month end reporting, in line with Group timelines/guidelines,

· Ensure business processes comply with the Electrolux Professional’s Internal Control framework,

· Manage audit process (internal and external),

· Supervise the administrative tasks related to Procure to Pay,

· Supervise the administrative tasks related to intercompany balance reconciliation,

· Supervise the administrative tasks related to Accounts receivables including cash allocation,

· Supervise all treasury flows in coordination with Group functions,

· General accounting matters such as accruals etc.

· To report all responsibilities and related actions,

· Ability to oversee all details of concurrently running projects,

· Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously,

· Strong written and verbal communication skills,

· Good attention to detail and organizational skills,

· Strong track record of success in managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles,

· Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels,

· Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education,

· Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education level: Graduated in Economic disciplines and Certified accountant on Turkey statutory rules and fiscal regulations

Experience : Minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant work experience

Competencies needed:

· Experience of working for an International organisation and shared service function

· Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and international accounting principles IFRS

· Good IT operational knowledge (office package, finance solution JDE and business intelligence Qlik sense is an asset)

· Able to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues

· A strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable interacting at all levels within the organisation/functions

· Availability to travel in Turkey and internationally

· Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal (Must)
