QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

Responsible for running the Turkey office on a day-to-day basis besides the travel management responsibilities which covers all responsibilities of researching, arranging, and coordinating travel, transportation and accommodation for employees and clients according to the specific business and budget needs.


Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

  • Serve as the point of contact for all business travel requests
  • Responsible for researching, arranging, and coordinating travel, transportation, and accommodation for all staff according to business and budget needs
  • Responsible for maintaining travel databases and providing required business reports
  • Actively participating to travel management suppliers’ tender processes
  • Acting as contract owner for travel related contracts

Office Administration

  • Serve as the point of contact for all office and support activities
  • Manage day to day operations of the office to ensure proper functioning and order
  • Organize internal & external events
  • Maintain the office stationery and equipment stock
  • Manage office expenditures and budget by using the purchasing system including processing requests and invoices

Internal & External Interaction

  • Day to day assistance to staff for travel requests
  • Point of contact for travel suppliers


Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in English
  • Able to lead and supervise service companies
  • Act as ambassador of the company when dealing with external organizations
  • Enquiring open attitude to seek new services and travel organizations
