We are seeking an ‘’Administrative and Sales Support Professional’’ for our client operating automotive industry with the qualifications below;


QUALİFİCATİONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field,

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of supporting senior professionals preferably within the automotive industry,

• Experience in office administration, logistics/supply chain management is highly preferred,

• Proficiency in English (written & verbal), German is a plus,

• Practical experience with MS Office, knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems,

• Strong verbal and personal communication skills with social orientation,

• Service oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and energetic,

• Stress-tolerant, resilient with good time management skills,

• Cooperation/collaboration and active-learning skills,

• Attention to details and critical thinking skills,

• International mindset with the ability to effectively work in a diverse environment,

• Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve complex problems efficiently,

• General knowledge of logistics/supply chain management, sales and marketing, accounting, HR administration and GDPR,

• Preferred residence location: İstanbul (Asia).

JOB DESCRIPTION


• Assist the Managing Director in administrative and operational tasks,

• Support office administration, maintain records and filing systems,

• Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and/or statistics,

• Participate in regularly scheduled office meetings and update relevant reports for these meetings,

• Support Sales, Marketing and Technical Training activities,

• Processing orders from distributors, SOE customers and OE Trailer customers with the SAP system,

• Management of customer orders (part numbers / prices / delivery dates) and entries in SAP,

• Coordination of deliveries to Turkish and Middle East customers in cooperation with CDC (Central Distribution Hub),

• Regular review of customer orders and providing support in reduction of backlogs,

• Maintaining close contact with customers for customer notifications, inquiries regarding availability, prices, order status, and, if necessary, redirecting technical inquiries to appropriate employees or departments at the headquarters,

• Handling the business documentation, ensuring proper documents flow and correctness of documentation,

• Administration of the local part of the web-shop,

• Managing Export-Import Customs & Shipping documentation,

• Coordination and assistance in SCM (Supply Chain Man.) projects with customers and suppliers.
