Job Description

  • Responsible for the creation of after-sales processes and rules,
  • Building an After-sales team,
  • Assisting in the planning of service outlets,
  • Taking an active role in the management of the agency,
  • Carrying out the quality control of service sales points,
  • Gather opinions and suggestions to the center and provide feedback and help the factory optimize its service process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of universities major in Communication or Management /MBA is a plus,
  • Preferably at least 3 years work experience in after-sales or customer service management,
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Having Effective presentation and strong negotiation skills,
  • Strong Communication and analytical thinking skills,
  • Cautious, responsible, and patient,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
