GENEL NİTELİKLER
BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields,
Deep agile expertise; strong understanding of servant leadership, the Agile Manifesto's values and principles,
Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency,
Experience with Benchmarking, KPIs/Metrics, Agile Assessments, Health Checks and Management Reporting,
Problem solving and coaching skills,
Experienced in Software Development processes and Atlassian tools, (JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent interpersonal and program management skills,
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary,
Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders,
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing priorities are required,
Objective, team player, proactive,
Advance Level English is a plus.
Job Description
Mentor and coach team members on all aspects of Agile methods on agile practices adopted by the organization and performance in their respective roles,
Guide and coach team members and leaders to embrace agile mindset, and cultural shift,
Help the team identify and track key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and velocity,
Coach and mentor team on Agile process to improve understanding and efficiency.
