Ability to detect problems and developing solutions,

Experience creating diagrams such as UML, Use Cases, etc.
Knowledge on webservices (Usage of SOAP, Postman, Swagger, etc..)
Knowledge on DB, algorithms and service development life cycle (SDLC),
Knowledge about atlassian tools (jira, confluence, …),
At least intermediate degree in English,
Strong communication and negotiation skills,

Job Description
It will be assigned to the LOGO Digital Transformation Services unit,
Responsible for understanding the client needs, prioritizing the requirements and detailing requirements as features and user stories to be further processed by development teams,
In pre project, defining the scope with the customer,
Analyze the customer requirements and develop software requirement specifications,
Prepare solution design reports addressing the customer requirements as well as new product features,
Provide the most suitable solution by analyzing the requirements & issues of the customers,
Provide feedbacks to customers with effective communication during the project and after production,
Solve the customer issues by communicating with the product development teams.
Take a proactive role in customer projects, to carry out the necessary studies in business analysis, process design and testing,
Being able to understand the technical aspects of the project and support technical requirements as well, working very closely with development teams. ( i.e. Familiarity with concepts like System Interfaces, APIs, Data Models and Data Mapping )
According to the project and location travel may be needed.
