Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Marketing Specialist- Online to join its'The Body Shop and Bath&Body Works'

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing(performance) and E-commerce experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics sectors,
  • Experience in Digital Marketing campaigns and strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, display banner, social media, affiliate and re-targeting operations,
  • Google Analytics, Bigquery, Firebase, Adjust, Mobile Action etc. have the necessary experience in data / measurement tools usage and analysis processes, experienced in data consolidation,
  • Managing Marketplace marketing actions (Trendyol, Amazon, N11 etc),
  • Digital Marketing and Google applications (Adwords, Analytics, SEO, SEM), MS Office programs can be used effectively,
  • Basic and essential .js / html knowledge for ecommerce on GTM,
  • Strong agency management skills,
  • Affiliate and influencer management with agencies,
  • Setrow, Insider, Euromessage, Emarsys etc. master the on-site and communication marketing tools,
  • Search, Display, Facebook, Affiliate, Programmatic etc. knowledgeable in the management of digital advertising agencies plans,
  • Knows and can do the budget management,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English,
  • Highly creative and analytical problem solver adept at liaising between teams to drive results,
  • Closely following web trends, developing technology and competitor actions,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
  • Ability to work with the design team to create an A/B test structures to be tested,
  • Certificates connected to Google Ads, Display Video 360, Google Marketing Platforms, social media etc. is a plus.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end Performance Marketing strategy, Online CRM, all digital paid media,
  • Facilitate the execution ROAS targets,
  • Planning and executing our marketing and promotional calendar with other departments,
  • Briefing graphic designers for all marketing visuals needed for the website, emailing, push notification and digital marketing activities to ensure the visuals are according to brand guidelines and correct wording for the customers,
  • Update e-commerce website banners, texts through the managing panel in every launch and campaign,
  • Briefing Digital Media agency on monthly plans to ensure the best digital marketing split is implemented during the month,
  • Running and optimizing global marketing campaigns with the digital agency on all channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks,
  • Brief and coordinate SEO agency to ensure best performing organic reach,
  • Maximizing the sales and profit potential of the digital sales channels through commercial understanding of product, customers, and our internal capabilities, whilst maintaining and enhancing the brand image and overall customer experience,
  • To manage and conduct all owned media communication (email, sms, web push etc),
  • Responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of all Marketing channel KPIs (Direct/Seo/Paid social/Organic social/PPC/Affiliates/Display) and use analytics on a regular basis,
  • Determine and communicate the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project,
  • Monitor the progress of the projects and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion,
  • Analyzing the consumer journey across devices and across channels to optimize the funnel and providing strategic data analytics guidance for the marketing initiatives (Huge proficiency at Google Data Studio, GTM and Enhanced ECommerce),
  • Invoice and budget management for all responsible brands.
