Job Description
· Business Tracking and Analysis: Develop a clear competency in running the day-to-day business, including:
a) analyzing brand performance versus objectives,
b) identifying gaps and opportunities,
c) tracking brand budget
d) coordinating business partners including agencies, suppliers and global & internal parties
· Deliver fact based, objective analysis of the business through analyzing market and brand related data using retail, consumer and sales data,
· Proactively identify tactical opportunities for the business, and support the brand manager in identifying strategic opportunities for the business,
· Executes short & long term brand strategies and planning,
· Supports & follows the process of product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to his/her brand,
· Coordinates preparation of market analyses, price analyses and consumer research,
· Follows up the competitors in the market,
· Executes the marketing plan, annual budget for the brand and supports organization of product launches,
· Follows up BTL and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand.
