Skills & Qualifications
• Mechanical engineering BS degree is must
• 3+ years experience in HVAC systems (especially air conditions products) with a top tier firm and/or technical consulting in a global company
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge & experience of B2B related industry, especially HVAC
• Negotiation and communication skills for internal and external
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Open minded thinking to offer the best solutions
• Excellent communication skills with customers, team members and corporate partners
• Active driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No restriction for traveling
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Air Solutions Sales Team, our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Checking ability of the design drawing
• Heating and Cooling Load calculation of each building type
• Propose the best HVAC solution for each building type
• Fully understand the building & energy regulation, energy price policy and HVAC installation cost etc.
• Regarding DX cooling like RAC, VRF system ability on maintenance,site management and reporting
• Reporting skills about current operational index for SVC (installation, requirement, registration, training etc...)
• Need to manage spare part planningby seasonal period
• Analysis Life Cycle Cost for application systems
• Additional capability of the Analysis Tool using skill
• Development the standard proposal for application systems of each building type
• Development the market materials by customer segmentation
• Make the standard design and installation guide book (Engineering based Product Data Book)
• Field supervision and trouble shooting ability
• Develop the optimal installation parts and tools for product installation
