QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Computer or Electrical & Electronics) Departments,
  • Master’s Degree is a plus,
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
  • Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
  • Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
  • Excellent communication, representation, persuasion and sales skills,
  • Skilled in problem solving and project management,
  • Strong in presentation and influencing skills, having good interpersonal skills,
  • Skilled in analytical and strategical thinking,
  • Researcher and open to improvement,
  • Ability work with busy shedule, flexible working hours end intensive overseas journey programme,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Job Description

  • Managing business development activities, acting as a door opener and connect with the right contacts from the key e-bike industry players,
  • Building up a business strategies in designeted markets and following global technology trends,
  • Analyzing the market requirements for current and future products by coordinating customer demands and competition; initiating and leading related actions within the organization,
  • Consolidating data from domestic and foreign markets about the product group,
  • Running an international account from all aspects including sales, stock management, customer relations, etc..


Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
