Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bosch Turkey HQ.
Your contribution to something big:
- Acting as a single point of contact on HR processes including performance management, associate development, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for providing HR guidance to all associates within their defined scope
- Consulting leaders and associates regarding career development incl. rotations, international assignments and performance management
- Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
- Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes
- Consulting managers in application of HR processes and engagement activities
- Ensuring the execution and delivery of HR operational activities in an effective and efficient manner
- Drives HR agenda in close partnership with Business Unit
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Engineering
- Excellent command of both speaking and writing in Turkish and English
- HR BP experience
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines is an asset
- Coaching and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts
- Result and future orientation
