QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and Social Sciences,
  • Min. 3 years of job experience in recruitment,
  • Should have excellent command of English,
  • Excellent planning &organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member,
  • Ability to cope with a multitask environment,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service, eager to can-do approach,
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to deliver results,detail-oriented and analytical,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes,
  • Conduct competency-based interviews,
  • Working closely with business managers to deliver recruitment needs,
  • Drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers,
  • Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing - Linkedin and other career portals,
  • Conduct exit interviews for leavers and monitor trends,
  • Conducting or taking an active role in employer branding activities, onboarding, diversity, orientation processes, etc.,
  • Take active responsibility in related global HR projects.
