Business Development Manager
Libart designs and fabricates unique operable architectural systems for projects around the world. Main office and manufacturing are located Beylikdüzü - Istanbul. Libart systems are also manufactured in the USA, UAE and Australia, with installation in over 40 countries for over 20+ years.
Job Description:
- Find, qualify, recruited, train and monitor business partners for Libart systems around the world
- Monitor, advise and guide design and sales staff to increase sales from dealer network.
- Oversee that all internal business operations to assure complete customer satisfaction (purchase to turnkey delivery).
- Responsible of market intelligence, promote scouting activity to monitor competitors plan and initiatives
- Execute approved programs and ensure budgets for volume of sales are met.
· Operational understanding of CRM, ERP, Excel, and Power Bi will be essential.
- Ability to recommend segmentation and targeting proposals to assess marketing implications and aggressively manage to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, additional studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering will be an asset.
- Min 4 years’ experience in export directed business development, preferably in building industry.
- Such experience must include.
- Experience in finding and developing business partners around the world.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market, product, and dealer performance
- Through understanding of social media, marketing methods and tools
- Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, a leader by example, a good negotiator
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and presentation skills are a must
- Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.
- Must be free to travel internationally to visit clients.
- Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.
