QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Cabin Office Assistant and a good team member, who will work at SunExpress İzmir Airport.
- Graduated from a university / preferably graduated from the offices, office administration and secretarial departments of universities.
- Good knowledge of Turkish and medium level of English languages.
- Good ability to use computers, e.g. MS Office applications.
- Experience in the related work area is preferable.
- Strong management, communication and presentation skills.
- Optimistic thinking ability, even during critical situations.
- Quick learning ability.
- Ability to notice and encourage the development of assigned personnel’s skills.
- Open-mindedness and flexibility.
- Superior negotiation skills and diplomatic behavior.

- Resident of İzmir/able to reside in İzmir.
İŞİN TANIMI
- Following up and updating process of the personal file of cabin crew members in his/her own base.
- Being responsible from all official correspondences of Cabin Department.
- Ensuring company Compliance Monitoring Management (CM) and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements are met.
- Providing assistance to Cabin Management.
- Providing assistance to Cabin Managers.
- Keeping daily statistical data and organizing documentation works.
- Arranging daily office works.
