GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description

Review and coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECR) within plant.
Defining and tracking related activities for every step of the change to implement the ECR successfully.
Provide organizational support and coordination for aligning implementation of new/revised products in BuP2.
Planning and conducting ECR@BR tool trainings for WCE among value streams and departments.
Facilitate the coordination of review meetings as change coordinator of all Value Streams of BuP2.
Being contact person with Lead Plants for BuP2 related ECR discussions.
Archiving of all the data for the ECRs in a structured way to a Database.
Developing rules for the archived data to improve and optimize ECR operations.
Present information and establish reporting according to the requirements of the stakeholders using visualization tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering
• More than one year work experience in a lean manufacturing environment
• Very good command on SAP BW (especially PDM Module) is an asset
• Database query languages: SQL, no SQL or Time-series DB etc.
• Coding languages: .Net, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Visualization / Presentation of data for stakeholders using: Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Familiar with VBA, NodeRed, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably also in German
• Willing to work in international teams and within intercultural environment
• Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person, interdisciplinary thinking
• Distinct analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Able to travel abroad
