GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields of a Reputable University,
· Min. 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals Trade Operations and Chartering,
· Ability to understand and manage the needs of Bulk & Container Shipments.
· Considerable knowledge of UCP 600, Incoterms 2020, Bill of Lading Terms & Conditions, International Invoicing Practices, Chartering and Shipping Terms,
· Reasonable knowledge of oil & gas and petrochemicals shipments,
· Advanced proficiency in English language. Knowledge of French or Arabic is an asset,
· Having Experience on ERP systems,
· Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
· Strong Project management, prioritization and change management skills,
· Team management experience,
· Ability to think and act both strategically and operationally,
· Solid and nature to be in the position to interact and influence range of stakeholders,
· Excellent planning & time management skills, analytical thinking & problem – solving skills,
· Located in Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage all steps of Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals Trade Operations, Chartering, Insurance and
· To work closely with traders on vetting suppliers/customers contracts and delivery of excellent service to business partners by managing the operation teams,
· To coordinate and report all steps with contract management, trade finance, treasury, traders, chartering teams, suppliers, agents, owner/brokers and buyers for smooth trade operation, insurance, chartering, logistics business lines and teams,
· Directly reporting to CEO.
