· Lead the budget planning of international franchise business, prepare seasonal merchandise plans to achieve company sales and margin goals,
· Design Product and Category KPI’s and metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making
· Determine seasonal pricing strategy for relevant countries
· Responsible for keeping the product range up-to-date and commercial in line with Koton’s commercial strategy
· Lead and coordinate his/her team members
· Report to Head of Sales&Commercial
What We are Looking for:
· Bachelors degree (Master’s degree preferred) in industrial engineering or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· 8 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in a product planning, franchise planning or commercial management roles
· Very high analytical thinking skills. Expert at interpreting the numbers.Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
· Multi-tasking
· Fluency in English (both writing and speaking)
· Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
· Team management experience is a plus
