GENEL NİTELİKLER
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets in line with group companies and R&D commercialization strategies
- Creating sales opportunities and related reports by conducting customer visits with R&D business development team
- Providing support to execute pre-feasibility and detailed feasibility studies regarding R&D and group companies commercialization projects
- Supporting the establishment of new investment strategies related to R&D
- Supporting budget planning and reporting process for R&D department targets and strategies
Experience, Education and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years business development / sales / project management experience
- Knowledge and interest in regarding latest trends
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Good negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English,
- Good at MS office applications,
- Strong reporting and presentation skills,
- Strong analytic skills with a result-oriented approach.
- Basic financial literacy / knowledge of financial statements and analysis
