Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Compliance Manager in our Compliance Organization.
Your contribution to something big:
• Compliance management responsibility for all Boch locations in Turkey (except BSH)
• Competent partner for providing sustainable compliant business solutions to all associates within TR
• Consultant for all compliance relevant topics
• Implementation of compliance rules and instructions
• Conducting compliance investigations, responsible for case management
• Process monitoring and reporting
• Compliance communication with internal and external parties
• Close and regular interaction with management
• Realization/ Tracking of compliance trainings
• Responsible for compliance awareness activities
• Local implementation and adaptation of compliance policies and procedures
• Implementation and coordination of Central projects within Turkey
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Compliance or Compliance related legal services
• Open for onsite working and frequent travels inside Turkey within Bosch locations
• Cross functional / divisional background is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Very good level of English
