Corporate Sales Executive

What you will be doing:

  • Makes the provisional reservations of corporate requests placing them in an optimal order to have a consistent movement in the hotel
  • Is in charge of a region within Istanbul decided together with ADOS and DOSM
  • Works very closely and in cooperation with the Convention & Events Sales Team
  • Makes ongoing market research to establish companies with possible accommodation, meeting, banquet, restaurants and health club
  • Prepares sales call program and executes personal visits, phone calls and corresponds with commercial accounts within his/her responsibility area
  • Signs Corporate Rate Agreements with potential companies and follows up their level of production regularly
  • Learns and uses the Opera PMS and S&C. Records all necessary information regarding to each corporate account into the Opera PMS and S&C and updates them
  • Establishes and maintains good relations with the contact people in the corporate account
  • Promotes all facilities and events of the hotel to the corporate accounts
  • Prepares the offer for corporate accounts’ meeting groups together with Corporate Sales Executives
  • Participates in regular Sales & Marketing and Revenue Meetings
  • Performs the related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Responsible to increase the market share of the hotel in corporate segment

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous 3 years corporate sales experience in an international 5-star hotel
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Bachelor's degree in reputable universities
  • Fluency in English & Turkish; additional languages are a plus
