At Airties we are on a mission to empower broadband operators to deliver a better-connected home experience for their subscribers. We have an exciting story to tell - and we want you to help us tell it.
We are looking to grow our Marketing Team with a passionate and skilled Creative Design Lead to drive the quality execution of all communication across print and digital platforms as well as produce a broad range of world class promotional materials (videos, animations, podium presentations, reports, e-books, virtual demos etc.).
- Provide a compelling and coherent visual style for Airties in line with our brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints
- Execute all design elements (layout, visuals, graphics, etc.) for brochures, white papers, newsletters, datasheets, etc., to maximize readability and engagement
- Ensure impactful design of digital platform content (website and social media), refreshing as necessary with new material
- Source and build a reference library of brand-aligned imagery, photos, and iconography
- Be the “brand guardian” with an advisory role for projects involving 3rd parties, such as packaging or UI design
- Analyze needs of target audience and brainstorm ideas with marketing colleagues and other stakeholders on campaign content
- Write compelling scripts for animations and videos to illustrate and simplify complex technical concepts, managing the process from storyboard through to production, with external agencies when necessary
- Work proactively with all relevant stakeholders to understand the Airties offerings and road map features to develop appropriate visual imagery and demos for both tangible and non-tangible customer solutions
- Promote our expertise through the production of world-class podium presentations for public speaking
- Define and promote internally standardized formatting of brand identity through MS Office tools (reports in Word, PPT presentation templates, excel tables)
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment to create dynamic content for incremental feature delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agencies or start-ups, ideally for B2B digital/tech product in content creation
- Full mastery of creative tools such as InDesign, Adobe Suite as well as MS Office software, with experience in supplementary tools such as Figma, Sketch, Canva an advantage
- Experience in Internet, insights / analytics, Wi-Fi, broadband, Telco, cloud, digital services, smart home, SaaS hugely beneficial for this role
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent visual communication skills characterized by clarity and flair
- Positive, solution/goal-oriented and strategic thinking
- Proven track record in creating strong, engaging content from scratch
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives, while remaining focused and calm
- Ability to provide effective use of technology across multiple channels
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of what’s most important
