QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “CRM & Data Technologies Supervisor” who will be working at our İstanbul Etiler Office


GENERAL DEFINITION

• Support strategic initiatives, small to large/complex projects and ad-hoc enhancements to improve the CRM tool and processes.

• Develop reports and dashboards to support specified processes, goals and key business metrics. Research and stay up to speed on industry trends within marketing and Salesforce/CRM tool space

• Lead/Facilitate enhancement projects, continuing to identify areas for improvement, standardization and growth in the CRM platform

• Contribute to business led proposition development and other projects providing subject matter expertise

• Detailed knowledge of client data structures, data modeling, database structures, system development life cycle

• Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues using CRM and components

• Provides guidance concerning business implications of CRM projects

• Min 5 years of advanced statistical analysis in a marketing/advertising environment, including but not limited to CRM strategy, cluster analysis, media mix modeling and optimization, predictive analytics, and experimental design

• Utilize tools (SAS, Live Ramp, MS Excel, SQL, Unica, Adobe Audience Manager) to perform basic data manipulation and analysis to create targeted customer lists for digital campaigns, including display, search, social media, and email

• Supporting the marketing and sales teams to develop predictive models to prioritize campaigns and maximize ROI using Customer and Prospect Data

• Experienced in the investigation, evaluation, interpretation and classification of data utilizing data analysis techniques such as logical data modelling and relational data analysis, ideally in a ‘big data’ environment

• Prepare business cases / forecasts to support decision making for key activities. Analyze results vs. target during and after the event, including root cause analysis and moving forward action plans. Summarize top-line results / learnings clearly and concisely for upper management

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct campaign performance analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI reporting tools to derive insights and optimize campaign tactics

• Create, manage and regularly distribute critical marketing-related reports utilizing relational databases and reporting technologies such as Micro strategy, Cognos, SQL, Excel, and Access

• Implement customer segmentation based upon demographic, behavioral and engagement responses through creation of SQL views, procedures or directly in campaign management tools

• Working knowledge of marketing, media and customer segmentation strategy required

• Able to work with business users, analyze existing reports/data, and have strong database/reporting/testing knowledge

• Be proactive in identifying specific analytical projects to increase business intelligence thus facilitating more fact-based decisions based on customer analysis

• Build daily / weekly / monthly scorecards to track performance vs. targets, analyze results and make recommendations to improve current and future activities. Work on ways to improve and automate existing reports (with the support of IT where necessary)

• Pre / Post analysis of all marketing or sales campaigns, generating insights which will help in optimizing all campaigns and improve customer experience and revenue using Oracle and SQL

• Assist with execution of ad hoc analysis of customer behavior or marketing activity effectiveness

• Proven track record in application lifecycle management and software development life cycle experience essential including an in depth understanding of the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems

• Solid understanding of data modelling. Comfortable working with new domains/processes, evidenced by analysis of large/complex data sets or domains. Ability to design and represent data relationships from conceptual to the physical implementation

• Create and maintain top-line reports to track metrics and marketing activities over time to help identify gaps and opportunities

• Analyze customer demographic, behavioral, and campaign response data to assist in the creation of new campaign test initiatives and contribute to the upcoming loyalty program launch (production and execution of the tests plan, reporting requirements, etc.)

JOB REQUIRED/COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related business degree

• Analytical Thinking, Flexibility, Word Processing, Microsoft Office, Electronic Mail, Spreadsheet, Excel, Writing, Computer Operations, Programming, IBM PC Software, Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Windows, Sales and Marketing, Communicate Clearly with Team, Computer Literacy, Marketing Strategies, Organizational Skills, Conduct

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced) -Must be able to develop and understand advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

• Experience with SQL and Relational Databases (advanced)

• Experience creating complicated reports including sub-reports, parameter-based reports, graphical reports, formula based, well-formatted reports, analysis reports, etc.

• Ability to handle multiple projects required

• Established competency in SAS & SQL. Knowledge of UNIX, Business Objects, SAS EG, SAS BI, and SAS on Teradata will be an added advantage

• Experience with any multi-channel marketing-based CRM systems

• English is required

• Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail
