GENEL NİTELİKLER

· Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints fast and effectively and Eliminate dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues are well managed and ultimately prevented

· Manage all complaints over bFO system and be the reference of the plant for I2P process as “I2P Champion”

· Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and supports collaborative resolution in the customer's best interest

· Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)

· Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them

· Collaborate with other departments and organizations in order to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers and lead execution of containment and preventative actions for recurrent problems of the plant and other Schneider entities

· Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns (Factory Acceptance Test)

· Manage the expert assessment process from Root Cause analysis validation up till the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions performed

· Produce the Expert Assessment reports on time at the Quality level expected by the customer

· Do customer visits both for the resolution of the complaints and to enhance & sustain customer satisfaction

· "Identifying the dissatisfaction & satisfaction drivers from customer claims and other feedback available, drills down to root causes and monitors improvement plans within the plant "

· To define and execute the actions in order to fulfill SE Customer Excellence Program

· To plan, coordinate, implement, and follow up customer demands from the sales department in order to fulfill customer requirements.

· To update and revise Quality Department Norms related to Customer Satisfaction according to the improved methods in order to secure SE Quality Policies and Customer Satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,

· Min 6-7 years industrial experience, min. 2-3 years experience in transformers industry

· Knowledge about production technologies,

· Good command of MS Office applications

· Good communication and planning skills, analytical thinking capability, decision making and problem-solving ability,

· Fluency in English,
