As one of the World’s leading fashion companies, we are looking for a “Customer Services Manager” to be assigned to our company’s headquarters in İstanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· To ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction and fulfill responsibilities in the line with the Company’s customer service policy.
· To provide solutions and to follow the process of all issues regarding customer experience by being in active communication with all departments.
· To resolve all issues about returns and customer feedbacks which are received from all communication channels (online and logistics) and to follow up all issues which are unresolved.
· To ensure that the correct and qualitative service is provided and continued in accordance with goals and strategies.
· To provide necessary guidance to the team in order for them to reach goals and to provide feedbacks by observing their personal development.
· To be responsible for all development of operation in line with the KPI’s and to ensure the execution of operation in responsibility.
· To provide suggestions for process improvement and to follow up the process.
· To consolidate and report the information, performance indicators and business results about all functions in Customer Services.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduated from related undergraduate programs of universities,
· Preferably has 5 years of operation management experience in OMNICHANNEL management,
· Experienced in using the MS Office programs,
· Has excellent interpersonal skills and experienced as a customer service representative in a busy customer service environment,
· Keeps the motivation and energy of the team in highest level,
· Able to work in a dynamic and busy environment,
· Responsible and able to take initiative,
· Analytical thinker and experienced in making reports,
· Able to analyse the results of the reports and take required actions,
· Manages the projects which are for increasing the productivity of the Customer Service and the operation,
· Able to work in coordination with all departments.
· Customer focused to achieve the best result for your customers and the business.
· Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Turkish. (Second interviews will be done in English)
