GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and related departments
  • 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service or Sales Support Department
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Good skills in MS Office Applications
  • Preferably having experience of SAP, APO, DP
  • Determined, energetic and responsible personality
  • Systematic, good at follow-up and prioritization
  • Having effective communication skills, confident and able to take initiative

İŞ TANIMI

  • Position is reporting to Customer Services Team Lead
  • Key contact for Customers
  • Close relationship with Sales Department, Warehouse, Finance
  • Process customer orders from quotation to invoicing
  • Root cause analyzing for unfullfilled orders
  • Receive customer queries and handle them with internal departments, and response customer with a solution oriented approach
  • New customer master data management
  • Daily / Monthly reports for follow up sales & order trend
  • Documentation for returns process
