QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, results driven, professional Customer Care Specialist for our team.


Requirements

  • University Degree,
  • 2 years of experience in the position,
  • Computer literacy (office programs),
  • At least intermediate level English,
  • Analytical, communication and problem solving skills,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of customer complaints,
  • Respond to customer specific enquiries by telephone, e-mail,
  • Ensure that calls are answered in conformity to defined company standards,
  • Ensure homogeneous information spread to the customers,
  • Log customer enquiries by e-mail, telephone,
  • Ensure client notification about eventual delays,
  • Processing and follow up on repair orders,
  • Processing and follow up on estimate requests,
  • Respect promised deadlines,
  • Ensure that deadline and response timeframes are respected,
  • Daily maintenance of filing and general administration tasks,
  • Defend interests of the Swatch Group on the market,
  • Collaborate with the logistics and technical departments in order to be advised about eventual delays,
  • Manage customer interaction and ensure that they are suitably dealt with and followed-up,
  • Ensure the homogeneous information spread to the customers,
  • Monitor phone call frequency, waiting time, customer complaints.
