Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration / Engineering,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Fluent in English,
- Excellent knowledge about order management
- Computer literate (MS Office & SAP SD),
- Some years relevant experience in order management tasks in a similar environment (watch or fashion industry).
Responsibilities
- Receives, enters and follows up all customers order,
- Ensures accurate data entry through intimate knowledge of customer's needs/expectations,
- Informs customers about status of orders,
- If requested by customers, changes or rejects orders for unconfirmed pieces,
- If requested by customers, informs customers about availability and unit prices,
- Coordinates with Distribution Centers and Brand HQs regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders,
- Informs customers about content of the parcels which are inspected at the customs,
- Prepares weekly shipment report and submit it to Sales Department,
- Works closely with Brand Managers and if needed changes priority of orders.
