CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience on the brand or agency side,
• Knowledge of digital media and trends,
• Able to produce innovative and solution-oriented ideas, following the trends in the digital world and applying them to the projects they work with,
• Having deep knowledge and interest in digital marketing technologies and all dynamics of social media platforms,
• Imaginative and having experience in creating new contents and managing agencies for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,
• Experienced in SEO (Search Console, Semrush, etc.),
• Experienced in using marketing automation tools (Preferably Euromsg or similar),
• Experienced in running on-site marketing scenarios,
• Fluent in Turkish,
• Proficient in English,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To be responsible of all digital marketing channels’ communications,
• To operate, analyze and report projects including loyalty campaigns, surveys, competitions and gamifications setups for digital channel customers,
• To plan weekly follow up and report the performance of SMO organic content weekly together with the brand team (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok),
• To manage agency operations adapting all media assets including visuals, productions and materials with digital marketing perspective,
• To finalize digital projects from starting point and coordinate relevant creative and IT partners within that process.
• To analyze and increase the traffic by using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, in coordination with the Performance Marketing Specialist,
• To adapt website’s and marketplaces’ contents provided by HQ to Turkish after doing keyword research & analyzes,
• To manage technical SEO processes with the agency,
• To operate personalization and recommendation systems that will increase the user experience with on-site and in-app marketing scenarios, providing agency coordination and reportings,
• To manage operation, follow-up and reporting processes of digital marketing automation strategies,
• To make A/B tests for performance enhancing on the channels which he/she will be responsible for,
• To manage influencer marketing activities together with the Performance Marketing Specialist,
• To analyze and report competitors’ strategies,
• To manage Social Listening processes,
• To manage digital processes of brand collaborations and sponsorships.
