CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensuring the process from order entry to delivery on time and in correct quantities
- To follow the order status on a daily basis, to carry out the necessary controls and processes
- To coordinate with the authorities in the warehouse and the logistics officer for the shipment and stock processes
- Creating purchasing requests for the products requested in the warehouse through SAP
- Entering Technical Service maintenance contracts via SAP
- Carrying out the necessary systematic processes for invoicing in contract billing periods based on service reports
- Receiving customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved in line with company strategies and standards, or directing them to relevant units
- Taking the MRP list, sending it to the service managers and responsible, making the necessary arrangements in purchase requests
- To propose solutions to the problems experienced systematically
- To ensure coordination and cooperation with the necessary departments for the development and excellence of operations
- Opening and following up a ticket to the IT team for missing definitions in SAP
- Obtaining the documents and information requested for the audit
- Updating the documents/documents related to the position business processes
- To ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with all policies and procedures, within the framework of quality standards and compliance policy.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or similar positions
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate or above level)
- Advanced computer skills particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Analyzing skills and supportive approach
- SAP or ERP Knowledge (preferred)
- E-invoice knowledge (preferred)
