Our client is one of the global medical device companies. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensuring the process from order entry to delivery on time and in correct quantities
  • To follow the order status on a daily basis, to carry out the necessary controls and processes
  • To coordinate with the authorities in the warehouse and the logistics officer for the shipment and stock processes
  • Creating purchasing requests for the products requested in the warehouse through SAP
  • Entering Technical Service maintenance contracts via SAP
  • Carrying out the necessary systematic processes for invoicing in contract billing periods based on service reports
  • Receiving customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved in line with company strategies and standards, or directing them to relevant units
  • Taking the MRP list, sending it to the service managers and responsible, making the necessary arrangements in purchase requests
  • To propose solutions to the problems experienced systematically
  • To ensure coordination and cooperation with the necessary departments for the development and excellence of operations
  • Opening and following up a ticket to the IT team for missing definitions in SAP
  • Obtaining the documents and information requested for the audit
  • Updating the documents/documents related to the position business processes
  • To ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with all policies and procedures, within the framework of quality standards and compliance policy.


PROFILE:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or similar positions
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate or above level)
  • Advanced computer skills particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Analyzing skills and supportive approach
  • SAP or ERP Knowledge (preferred)
  • E-invoice knowledge (preferred)
