Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for sales processes (called „Detective controls") for automotive aftermarket and industrial technology business unit.
- Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are:
- Quality check of base process based on audit documentation
- Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions
- Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customer
- Propose improvements for the process of detective controls
- Reporting of KPI's
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- University degree (studies in economic, financial or accounting field) or corresponding work experience instead
- Fluency in oral/written English is a must
- Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel)
- Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility
- Good ability to communicate and to work in a team
- Likes to work with processes and procedures
- General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP is a plus
- General knowledge of financial processes is a plus
- Knowledge in Accounts Receivables or Billings is a plus
