- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Development
- Experience in consumer loan or cards product management is a plus
- Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills
- Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems
- Good at communication and coordination, team-work, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality
THIS IS YOUR ONE DAY AT WORK. HOW DOES IT SOUND?
- Responsible for product management and product development process under the roof of digital banking
- Follow-up digital marketing trends and technologies in the market
- Gather, analyze and report internal data to track the performance of the products including sales, campaign, x-sell and profitability analysis
- Work closely with IT teams to manage all stages of the product development process including UAT, pre-prod test processes
- Plan and lead monthly marketing&campaign plan for each product in coordination with related teams to execute the plan and monitor campaign results on a daily/weekly basis.
- Manage 3rd party relationship for virtual pre-paid card cashback/discount campaigns
- Closely follow up banking regulations and apply them in the current product processes
