We are looking for a teammate in the position of "Digital Growth Manager" who will have a say in the creation and management of the company's digital growth strategy, goals and management in the UK-based company operating in the global e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years Experience across a number of performance marketing/acquisition channels; Search, Social Display, affiliates
• Experience in a B2B solution provider, B2B services company is a plus
• Understanding of nuances and dynamics of an international company while balancing local adaptions to drive local results
• Managing digital roadmap with close coordination with stakeholders – prepares backlogs, makes prioritization, feeds related teams for execution, follows up status, measures results & shares within organization
• Overseeing key agency and business partner relationships ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Monitoring all social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, PR activities, creative and logical contents for lead generation and demand generation
• Analyzing the performance of company website and co-creating the developments to offer a stronger customer experience
• Proposing and implementing successful optimization strategies and identifying key growth opportunities by crunching numbers and analyzing performance
• Defining the right KPIs and conducting analysis of campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding of the target audience
• Focusing on innovation and testing to discover new strategies for growth
• Initiating new projects to enrich digital assets towards vision – makes proposals, prepares business case inputs, gets approval & kicks off when required resources are ready
• Experience in launching subscription services and ecommerce is a plus
• University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Business ,Marketing or Economics
• Proficient in English
