We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to take part in IT Technology Development Directorate of Sisecam located in Tuzla / Istanbul;


  • Graduated from Engineering or Science Faculties (Preferably having master degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant domains
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise digital workplace applications, user experience (UX), human computer interaction, information architecture related with the modern digital workplace and design thinking (including mobile and apps)
  • Experience with architecting solutions leveraging Azure AD for a large enterprise, the MS product suite and similar product suites
  • Technical aptitude in or hands-on familiarity with Active Directory, MS SCCM, DNS, Certificates, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, ExchangeOnline and other Office 365 products
  • Demonstrated experience in Automation, Agile Methods and Tools such as Github, Powerapps, PowerAutomate etc.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills in a high-profile environment.
  • Deliver solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks), work directly with customers to learn and document their existing processes
  • Define an approach and guide the customer end-users on improving their process while using their existing Office 365 environment
  • Manage and collaborate with vendor resources to stay connected with products roadmaps and alignment focused on digital workplace products productivity
  • Preferably having certificate of ITIL Foundation and experience in IT Service Management
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong communication, management and auditing skills and a good team player


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To define the architecture and standards of Microsoft products and the digital workplace technologies in accordance with the enterprise architecture. Design modern workplace approach for end-user in private, public and hybrid cloud platforms
  • Identify workflows with related components and automation in order to provide flexible, scalable, reliable, measurable, safe and cost-effective IT services.
  • Design, commission and execute the infrastructure required for digital workplace.
  • Collaborate with related teams in order to define integration requirements of applications
  • Audit, plan, coordinate and supervise activities and standards in relevant domains
  • Ensuring optimal execution of Digital Workplace strategies, service improvements and business solutions on a global level
  • Responsible for leading the organization’s strategy, projects and processes for digital workplace solutions
  • Administration and security of Identity and Access Management services on Azure Active Directory
  • Ensure proper governance of the Azure AD Tenant, implement IAM security policies, provide monitoring, reporting and audit readiness
  • Ensure the availability of identity synchronization, federation, and MFA services. Requires proficiency in PowerShell, APIs, Modern Web Authentication (including SAML and OAUTH), and Conditional Access
  • Technical aptitude in or hands-on familiarity with and Provides operational readiness activities aligned to Active Directory, certificates, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, One Drive, Stream, Planner (To Do) and other MS tools. Monitoring of performance and stability. Knowledge in Voice services (MS Teams Enterprise voice skills etc.)
  • Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management, guest access and Third-party integration
  • Experience with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups.
