We are looking for a Administrative Affairs Coe Specialist to Şişecam Headquarters located in Tuzla / Istanbul;


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economy, Accounting departments
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in budget planning, financial control and/or audit
  • Good command of cost accounting and financial reporting standards, ability to read financial reports
  • Good command of SAP and MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Having a valid driving license and ability to drive
  • No obstacle to travel
  • Dynamic, disciplined, and careful
  • Strong communication skills and having continuous improvement perspective

Job Description

  • Consolidating annual budgets for all cost items of Administrative Affairs Directorate in all local and global Şişecam premises.
  • Conducting monthly budget controls and analysis.
  • Comparing monthly actual and estimated budgets and reporting budget variances to the related manager
  • Analyzing costs and ensuring they are compatible to the budget
  • Conducting improvement projects to control Administrative Affairs and security operations and enable cost reduction.
  • Compiling and analyzing data for top management reports.
  • Acting as an internal auditor for Administrative Affairs budget and planning corrective actions for budget issues
