We are looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters located in Tuzla / Istanbul;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations and/or equity research, corporate finance
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent use of MS Office programs
- Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
- A strong understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- Experienced in financial statement analysis, capital markets and IFRS Reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable to an intensive work schedule and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with analytical mind-set and willingness for research and development
- Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams
- CMB (SPK) Advanced Level License is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring performance and result oriented metrics in monthly and quarterly basis, analyzing and presenting financial, sector trends, competitor behaviors etc.
- Preparation of communication materials, earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, Q&As
- Informing investors regularly about the company, sector, economic developments and developments of Turkish Capital Market by attending to the investors’ meetings, roadshows and conferences
- Regularly sharing methods of analysis and key points to provide an insight to the comments of analysts
- Handling investor, analyst and rating agency’s enquiries, ensuring responses are timely, accurate and consistent with agreed key messages and disclosures
- Conducting peer reporting benchmarking to identify themes and developments relevant to the group or its investor communications
- Conducting ad hoc analysis on themes impacting Şişecam and its ecosystem such as new regulations / accounting changes and other industry developments
- Tracking current and prospective investor interest, activity, engagement, and conversion
- Managing the IR website to ensure it is up-to-date with recent financial disclosures. Monitor trends in online shareholder communication to identify developments relevant to the group and IR
- Developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
