Qualification

  • University degree in information and document management is an asset,
  • Good command of English reading/writing and fluent speaking is a must, preferred good level of French or Russian,
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in Excel
  • Effective communication skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Job Description

  • Check the documentation requirements & specifications,
  • Prepare the vendor document list as per customer requirements and submit for approval,
  • Prepare the documentation as per the vendor document list in a timely manner and quality for approval,
  • Distribute the commented documents to different departments and follow properly,
  • Re-submit all the documentation till getting the approval,
  • Prepare quality, installation and operational manuals as per customer requirements.
