JOB DESCRIPTION
· Implementing Business Process Excellence Projects (Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen) projects special for recurring problems within company. Using specific quality tools for problem solving such as FMEA, Kaizen, Minitab Statistical Software ..etc.
· Works with improvement project team as project coordinator and facilitates use of proven methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
· Ensures that detail analysis based on data and facts is done before improvement actions are decided. Uses root cause analysis techniques to understand the real problem, enabling deployment of actions as permanent solutions rather than a quick fix
· Ensures that the process owners, project sponsors and the project team members are on the same page regarding information and progress
· Periodically reviews the assigned project(s) and ensures schedule adherence
· Timely escalates and seeks support to overcome any roadblocks affecting project progress
· Ensures that towards the end of the project a control plan or robust sustenance mechanism is established to sustain the gains
· Facilitates deployment of improvement actions and related change management activities
· Makes sure that the final project recommendations are institutionalized as part of process assets or applicable daily management system.
· Provides project status information and highlights for inclusion in various reports
· As an integral part of Quality Function, contributes in knowledge sharing with peers and helps create knowledge repository
· Supports and guides Six Sigma Projects throughout the Plant, works with HR and Quality Manager to increase the number of the employees that has Six Sigma Green/Black belt
QUALIFICATIONS
· BSc Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
· Lean 6-Sigma Black Belt (minimum requirement: Green Belt)
· 4-5 years of experience in at least three of following areas: Operations, Operational Excellence, Project management, Quality, Services, Continuous Improvement –Six Sigma
· Strong project management experience, Experience of change management while deploying major improvement actions
· Excellence English skills
