To analyze and evaluate commercial and technical aspects as soon as receipt of RFQs
To transfer commercial & technical specifications to the relevant people/departments & to assure bids/offers proper preparation and submission to the RFQ owners on due time by continuously guiding them through RFQ and through communication with the customer
To follow up of tenders and encourage customers with the aim to convince them Schneider solution
To pursue & coordinate the tendering process until it results in closing, contracts by establishing the bridge between the unit's various departments (Technical / Commercial) and Schneider ISO network / the end client
To support Area Tendering Manager in coordination with Marketing by participating marketing actions (such as Fairs, Events, Seminar, customer visit, etc.) to present them Schneider solution
To follow up and assure booking the sales orders for successful tenders/offers and transferring PO to the project management team with clear coordination
To report tendering / order intake activities in the area of responsibility
To collect effective and useful market intelligence from the area of responsibility & to compile these collections to contribute marketing strategies and develop new accounts/clients with coordination of Area Tendering Managers and Marketing Management
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Engineering, master degree is an asset
Minimum 1-year related work experience
Excellent command of written & spoken English
Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in Excel
Well organized, result-oriented, pro-active & a good team player
