QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing routine e-commerce channel operations: order, invoicing, shipment and return processes
- Developing and managing the automation process of the company owned e-shop in coordination with the headquarter
- Making competitor analysis: Monitor e-commerce sites / marketplaces and prepare reports regarding the competition, product features and price levels.
- Improving e-commerce content management: review online product pages on marketplaces, check for proper brand presentation and correct errors
- Preparing promotional campaigns on own website and reporting performance
- Reporting stock and sales analyses regularly
- Solving potential technical issues related to the company owned e-shop in coordination with the headquarter
- Answering the questions / requests of current and potential consumers via phone or e-mail
- Following up consumer complaints and working in coordination with the technical service in case of a product complaint
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 1 year of experience in e-commerce and/or sales operations
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
