THE BUSINESS TASK:
We expect that this year over 100.000 foreign investors will buy properties from developers and second-hand market. While there are many online platforms connecting buyers with brokers, there is no trustworthy source of information for people looking to buy the property from real estate developers. The buyers demand a trustful service, which would play the role of a trustworthy advisor in this important decision. Our goal is to create professional service, which would connect the supply and demand of Turkey’s biggest market: would help property buyers make the best decision and would serve as a 360-degree sales channel for developers and property owners.
We are looking for MANAGER ASSISTANT
who will work with the broker and would be responsible for helping broker on his
- Customer contacts
- After sales helping
- Office works
- Customer meetings
- Customers sales processing
- Agreement filling and signing
REQUIREMENTS;
Advanced English Skills
Undergraduate degree or higher education
Driving car actively with a valid Licence is not must but advantage
Preferably 1-2 years experience
Experience in the real estate sector is an asset, but not required
Passion to work in the Real Estate sector is a plus
Disciplined, dedicated, hard worker, ambitious
Motivation to earn a high salary with a progressively increasing bonus system.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitoring and managing an international client database
Making sales calls, following up with clients by email/phone calls
Meeting foreign investors in the office or in their hotel, visiting brand new projects with them
Working collectively with the sales/marketing department and assisting them for closing the sales
Coordinating the relations with more than 30 construction companies / developers / agencies
Reporting sales activities periodically through CRM system
Additional Notes
Salary + Multinet + bonus system will be offered
Laptop, mobile phone and other needed equipment will be provided
