QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Executive Assistant (Operation Director Assistant) to support our growing local and international business in Management Team.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a university
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Good command of written and spoken English (Proficiency in German is a plus)
- Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Multitask & result oriented point of view
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate; advanced level in using Microsoft tools , especially PowerPoint
- Living/willing to live in Kocaeli,Gebze or Istanbul Anatolian Side
Job Description
- Assisting the Operation Director in all management routines, schedule internal and external meetings
- Planning all calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings, and coordinating related arrangements
- Organizing all domestic and international travels of the Operation Director, from passport and visa procedures to the follow-up of advance requests and expenses
- Attending meetings and taking notes, preparing presentations and reports
- Conduct media relations and events within the frame of EagleBurgmann Turkey ’s corporate communication strategy
- Coordinate corporate communications activities such as product-oriented communications activities, local and international press trips, press meetings,sponsorship, internal or external fairs and relations with related agencies
- Take a role of management and coordination of corporate identity practices
- Follow up monthly/yearly corporate communications budget
- Build concept for fairs and events and also coordination of third parties
- Collaborate and work closely with various Business units
