QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To be employed within company operating in the energy sector, we are looking for an “Executive Assistant" with the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Excellent command of English, Russian and Turkish (both written & verbal),
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Programs (esp. Excel, PPT)
- Successful in effective communication and collaboration,
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills,
- Self motivated and a good team player,
- Strong ability research and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working approach skills,
- Able to work within a fast paced work environment,
- Be flexible and adaptive to challenges,
- No restriction for travelling.
JOB DESCRIBTION
- Organizing and coordinating the CEO for dailiy business activities,
- Preparating of travel documents, organizing accommodation and transportation,
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments/external stakeholders,
- Scheduling meetings, events and appointments,
- Preparing the reports of the projects followed by the CEO, making the analyzes and sharing them with the relevant people,
- Consolidating the information or analyzes requested by the CEO from the relevant departments,
- Participating in the meetings held by the CEO and sharing the meeting notes,
- Representing the company's values and corporate approach,
- Greeting and guiding of visitors.
