We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Vice Chairperson.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities of Turkey,
- Having at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Ability to adapt flexible working hours,
- Proactive and result oriented,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Having detail-oriented and well-organized working skills,
- Time management, planning and organization skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Following and assisting the VP's daily business activities,
- Ensuring timely execution of schedules,
- Managing appointments, meetings, phone calls, mail and agenda traffics,
- Providing a smooth communication between VP and internal/external business units,
- Planning and managing VP's or family's personal organization (meetings, hosts, etc.)
- Arranging domestic and international travels of VP’s with all required details as flight, accommodation, restaurants, shuttle etc.
- Responsible for the administration of the management office.
