We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Vice Chairperson.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities of Turkey,
  • Having at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Ability to adapt flexible working hours,
  • Proactive and result oriented,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Having detail-oriented and well-organized working skills,
  • Time management, planning and organization skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Following and assisting the VP's daily business activities,
  • Ensuring timely execution of schedules,
  • Managing appointments, meetings, phone calls, mail and agenda traffics,
  • Providing a smooth communication between VP and internal/external business units,
  • Planning and managing VP's or family's personal organization (meetings, hosts, etc.)
  • Arranging domestic and international travels of VP’s with all required details as flight, accommodation, restaurants, shuttle etc.
  • Responsible for the administration of the management office.
