QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new colleague as ‘Executive Assistant’ to join our Team.


Job Description

  • Managing an active calendar of appointments,
  • Arranging travel plans including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations and tracking visa applications,
  • Professionally managing inbound calls, triage requests and handling handle follow-up,
  • Preparing reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and external resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 3 years experience, working with or supporting an Executive,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Turkish,
  • Self-motivated and with the ability to act with passion,
  • Presentable, good communicator, positive and energetic,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs,
  • The ideal individual must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills,
  • The ability to interact with staff, “VIP” visitors, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

  • Lives or is able to live on the Anatolian side of İstanbul.
