QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Doğan Trend we are looking for a determined aftersales expert who is willing to transform the customer's after-sales experience into a unique journey with his approach, experience and perfectly motivated team.

Qualifications And Job Description:

  • Train, motivate, and lead aftersales teams and official service stations to achieve set objectives and targets
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction thorough current DMS program and contracted third party
  • Improving every single process related to aftersales at sight such as and spare parts, accessories, warranty, good will, insurance, value added new businesses
  • Developing new bonus scheme to be applied on sight and growing dealer network to be reaching by extra efforts
  • Following up closely all satisfaction surveys and results related to dealer network
  • Maintain contact with customers to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service and official service station quality
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
  • Build and establish good work relationship with customers to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
  • Monitor contract details to notify customers of pending expiration and help process renewal
  • Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity
  • Supervise the operations of aftersales teams to ensure set targets are met
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
  • Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance
  • Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure customers are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
  • Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all aftersales activities including warranty and goodwill applications
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties
