JOB DESCRIPTION
· By conducting market research, a new customer portfolio may be required,
· Understanding and directing Customer needs by making customer visits
· To make periodic customer visits
· Researching and visiting with the aim of developing relations with customers and gaining new customers
· Promoting products to customers
· İmprove the existing customer portfolio,
· Generate price offers by evaluating customer demands,
· Carry out processing, ordering and collection processes,
· Product and customer complaints, it will carry out necessary activities in terms of . improvement, development and customer satisfaction
. To develop a new customer portfolio,
. Creating new dealer channels,
. To increase the sales volumes of existing customers,
. To improve the operational quality of the newly developed sales volume,
. Collecting market information
