QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in the departments of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant technical schools

At least 3 years commercial/sales experience in B2B environment

At least 3 years partner/distribution management in the industrial automation market

Appropriate knowledge of industrial automation, electrical/control solutions associated with motion controllers, servo drives, HMI, AC Drives, and other product groups.

Appropriate technical understanding/experience of industrial automation products

Creativity in business approach

Knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferably have fluent English skills

Have driving license and no travel restrictions in Turkey and abroad

Living or able to living in Ankara


Roles and Responsibilities

Build a sales plan engage with the partners and it’s customers aligning with Omron's vision, strategy, and solutions

Implement the distribution business plan to all partners in the assigned region

Develop partner capabilities in all aspects

Implement local sales actions toward market needs for distributors

Proactively acquires new customers and develop new business in cooperation with our distributors

Build and maintain partner and customer relationships within the assigned region (Ankara&Black Sea Region)

Translate market/partner/customer needs into results by providing Omron solutions based on extensive knowledge of the Omron product/service portfolio

Responsible for the whole sales process from the investigation, proposing, quoting, and closing

Engage with marketing activities to increase recognition of Omron Solutions

Implement product positioning strategy and pricing policies and negotiate the annual sales agreements with customers

Provide input to and share knowledge with colleagues about market information

Ensure continuous improvement of knowledge of technical products, solutions and applications

Provide customer, market and industries data in sales meetings

Ensure proper reporting and registration of customer information for the assigned region or market

Direct report to Area Sales Manager for assigned region or market
